Tudor Elphicks came to Spring looking for some help with a new loyalty scheme they wanted launch for their chain of department stores. Part of the new campaign was to launch a monthly e-newsletter campaign to reach out to their existing customer database in an electronic format which allowed them to target promotions and monitor open rates and new enquiries.
Spring worked with Tudor Elphicks to launch a reward card scheme for their customers which aimed to gain their loyalty, grow the value of their business and help them learn more about their customers whilst giving them something back in the process. With several stores, the name of the scheme was proposed by Spring to encapsulate all outlets so the Tudor Elphicks Reward Card was born. Spring were involved every step of the way to creating the scheme. Members get percentage rebate on products purchased and receive a mailing through the post with a voucher reflecting that percentage of spend to use in any of the stores. The customer also gets a long list of benefits for being part of the scheme. Spring created the branding identity for the scheme and all of the collateral material to launch and grow the scheme. This included in-store communication, advertising and e-marketing. Spring has developed a marketing communications plan that maintains the interest and stimulates footfall of all the scheme’s members. Within the first month of launch over 1000 customers joined the scheme in one of the group’s stores alone.
